Retail Sales Associate – If you have a great sense of style, strong customer service skills, and boutique retail experience you are perfect for our team! Carolina Girls is seeking energetic, fashion loving individuals to join our boutique sales team. We need enthusiastic professionals who are excited to work in retail. You will play a vital role in making our customer’s experience a positive and enjoyable one. Position includes sales, re-stocking, merchandising, inventory control. Requires the ability to quickly absorb and maintain product knowledge and the desire to educate customers as they make buying decisions. Position requires 8 hours standing and moderate lifting. Rotating Saturday work required for both full-time and part-time positions.

Production Assistant – This is the perfect job for a creative person! The primary focus of the position is embroidery but includes other methods of personalization using vinyl, heat press, engraving, etc. Commercial embroidery experience required. Design software experience (Corel Draw or Illustrator) strongly preferred. Must have excellent computer skills, exceptional attention to detail, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as interact with customers at times. In a small business we all wear many hats. Position can be full-time or part-time depending on work volume and your interest in cross-training in other areas of the store.
