Development
Development coming to downtown Charleston

ICYMI: We shared that real estate firm Lowe recently signified the completion of vertical construction of The Cooper, a new full-service waterfront hotel set to be located adjacent to Joe Riley Waterfront Park at 176 Concord St.
The development ādraws its design inspiration from its French Quarter surroundingsā + plans to offer 12,000 sqft of ground-floor retail space, nearly 20,000 sqft of indoor-outdoor event space, and food and bev offerings including a waterfront cafe and a rooftop lounge.
Hereās what the development may look like. Heads up: Lowe is said to be working with the City of Charleston to extend Waterfront Park by 400+ feet.
