More affordable housing may be headed to the Peninsula near the site of the Magnolia Project development. Developers recently donated one acre of land to the city, which is expected to be used to build up to600 additional affordable housing units “right next to Magnolia.” Vertical construction may begin in the first quarter of 2024. 🏗️ (WCSC)
