Making your real estate dreams come true
The quintessential Charleston view. | Photo by Keen Eye Marketing
Lexa here. 👋
For as long as I can remember, one of my favorite pastimes has been scrolling through local real estate listings, from multi-milliondollarmansions to homes for rent near me. Above all, I loved to dream about what it would be like to live just steps from historic landmarks in downtown Charleston while growing up in Mount Pleasant.
Enter: The listing for 85 Cumberland St. #17. This one-bed, one-bath property just hit the market with Isle of Palms-based real estate agency McConnell Real Estate Partners, and is quite literally located one block from the Charleston City Market. It practically screams prime location.
Situated on the secondfloor, the corner unit features exposed brick walls(swoon), 10-ft ceilings, a large walk-in closet, and marble floors with a $560,000 price tag.
If you need me, I’ll be daydreaming about waking up to that view every morning.
THE WRAP
Today’s issue was written by Alexandra.
Editor’s pick:I can’t be the only one who plays the lottery every now and then, right? Well, folks, one resident could get extra lucky this holiday season — if they claim their prize.
I spotted this news on WCBD about a $100,000 Powerball ticket that was sold at the Publix on Folly Road in July and has yet to be claimed. Unfortunately, I’m not the winner, but take a look at the winning numbers to see if you are before the ticket expires at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 3. 💰
