Pro Merito Award: Recognizes properties that obtained a Carolopolis 20+ years ago and have sustained the restoration or have undergone a second (significant) exterior renovation.
InteriorAward:Recognizes interior preservation of historic public buildings like churches and cultural centers.
Exterior Award:Recognizes outstanding preservation, rehabilitation, or restoration.
New Construction Award: Recognizes creative design solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use infill buildings.
Resilience Award: This inaugural award recognizes projects that have adjusted historic properties to climate conditions while complying with historic preservation best practices.
