We’re giving you the 4-1-1 on this upcoming development.

Local full-service site design firm SeamonWhiteside has completed the design for the sustainability-focused, mixed-use community Morrison Yard Apartments on the Upper Peninsula.

The 4.6-acre property features six linear rain gardens to catch stormwater + pervious pavers to reduce storm runoff. Additionally, Morrison Yard Apartments will feature bike ramps, outdoor workstations, and a trail connection to the multi-use trail over the Ravenel Bridge from Charleston to Mount Pleasant.

The community is set to open this fall. We’ll keep you posted on the progress.
