The unlisted property was purchased by a Chicago couple, represented by Debbie Fisher of Handsome Properties , after a one-time showing. The home was owned by the estate of local couple the Morses, represented by Melinda Laurens and her son Henry Laurens of Carriage Properties .
The previous top spot for priciest downtown home sale belonged to the “condo castle” penthouse at the People’s Building, which was purchased for $12 million.
