What do South Carolina, North Carolina, Texas, Kansas City, and Memphis all have in common? They all claim to have the best BBQ style + you can find a rendition of those famous smoked meat profiles here in the Holy City.

With the NCAA Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournaments just around the corner, we’re joining the fun of bracket competitions with a faceoff of our own with our CHStoday BBQ bracket.

But first, we need your help nominating the spots you think should be in the bracket. All types of BBQ qualify; we’re talking pork, hash, ribs, chicken, brisket, and everything else in between.

Hello CHS, I’m so happy to be back in your inboxes this morning.

Apart from my wedding day, I enjoyed these lovely spring-like temperatures during some time off. I am so excited to see Charleston blossom with new growth and flowers in a few short weeks.
