  • Get photo ready. In hopes of increasing community usage of Charleston County Public Library’s free resources (like creative studios, sewing machines, and cooking classes) the library will host casting calls for promotional materials tomorrow, Saturday, March 23, at these locations. (WCSC)

  • Agaves is a Mexican restaurant that recently opened at 320 W. Coleman Blvd., where Taziki’s used to operate. The restaurant is operated by the same group that owns the Azul Mexicano restaurants around town. (The Post and Courier)
Weather
  • Tonight’s Dancing on the Cooper was canceled due to a rainy forecast. All ticket holders will receive a full refund. A new event with the band Vinyl Daze has been scheduled for August 9. Tickets for that night and other Dancing on the Cooper events are available now.
Coming Soon
  • Little Bird will be a new coastal-inspired jewelry shop that will open next month at 90 Queen St. Offering handcrafted jewelry curated from rare stones from 100+ artisans and collectors across the country, the shop also plans to host classes and workshops. Follow along on Instagram.
Concert
  • World-renowned artist Sam Bush will play in the Lowcountry tomorrow, March 23, at The Refinery (1640 Meeting St.). Attendees can expect to hear songs from his entire career, which began in the early 60s, plus from his latest LP, “Radio John.” Tickets start at $25. (Charleston City Paper)

Get ready. The College of Charleston men’s basketball team will face Alabama in the first round of the NCAA Tournament tonight in Spokane, Washington, at 7:35 p.m. (our time).

Viewers at home can catch the game on TruTV or stream online. If you want to attend a watch party, keep reading for a few options.

The College of Charleston will host a March Madness Watch Party later this evening, beginning at 7 p.m. in the Stern Student Center Ballroom (71 George St.). Admission is free and includes food and non-alcoholic beverages. Seating is limited, so reserve your spot. Pro Tip: The first 100 people will receive Cougar swag.
