You can cool off this summer with local 21+ treats from Booze Pops , Hardscoop , and Kaminsky’s Dessert Cafe .

Booze Pops is a veteran-owned food truck roaming the Lowcountry with frozen cocktails, non-alcoholic ice cream, and more. You can choose from a variety of wine and martini pops to beat the heat or take a Moscow Mule jello shot.

Charleston-based company Hardscoop is offering pints of boozy ice cream across the Carolinas . Flavors include “Chocolate” and “Sea Salt Caramel” along with “Simply Strawberry” + “Carolina Peach” — infused with local fruit. Feeling inventive? Submit a flavor idea.

Kaminsky’s Dessert Cafe downtown and in West Ashley is creating adult milkshakes so you can bring all the boys to the yard. Currently on the menu : Drunken Cookie” with chocolate vodka,Dreamsicle” with Svedka clementine vodka, and Key Lime Pie” with Keke liqueur.
