Do you love knitting, crocheting, and all things textiles? Today’s feature for our National Small Business Week series could be a good knit, we mean fit.

It’s National Small Business Week. Now through Saturday, May 4, the Small Business Association recognizes the important contributions of local businesses and entrepreneurs. We asked for your nominations for the best local retail stops, and you delivered.

Wild and Wooly is a quilt, knit, fabric, and yarn store nestled in a little shop in the heart of Mount Pleasant (1212 Chuck Dawley Blvd.).

Check out this reader nomination:

“They have a great selection of quilting fabrics and yarn and a wonderful staff to assist with any questions and instructions. They also host events and classes throughout the year.” - Marilyn B.
