Is it legal in SC?
Currently, South Carolina has not banned
Delta-8 + it is available locally. According to the South Carolina Department of Agriculture, the hemp plant is legal
to grow in the state with proper permits; however, it has to have a THC level below 0.3%. Anything above that is illegal in the state, for now.
