Two new exhibits at Park Circle Gallery

Two new art exhibitions featuring Charleston-based artists will be displayed at the Park Circle Gallery from Wednesday, July 5, until Saturday, July 29. A free reception open to the public will be held Friday, July 7, from 5-7 p.m. at the gallery.

Shelby Corso’s exhibit, “I Want to Eat the Earth You Walk On,” features paintings and soft sculptures that feature symbols related to femininity. She is a resident and teaching artist at Redux Contemporary Art Center and a teaching artist at Trident Academy in Charleston.

Caroline Morris will present, “Summer Fun,a series of oil paintings. She recently earned a BA in Studio Art and Arts Management from the College of Charleston, and her work has been displayed in several group shows in Charleston.
