Happy Thanksgiving. However you celebrate, we hope you enjoy a day of rest, reflection, and community. We here at CHStoday are thankful for our city, and the fact that there’s always plenty to talk about.

The City of Charleston presented an updated Ashley River Crossing design, aiming to give pedestrians and bikers a safer route between downtown and West Ashley. New plans show additional access points under the bridge to Brittlebank Park + an Ashley River viewing platform. The project will head back to city council for approval. (WCBD)
