Looking for a new place to call home? Forget the fixer-upper projects and check out the new community leasing on Daniel Island.

Let us introduce you to Fenland, a new marsh-front townhome neighborhood. Pro tip: It features a maintenance team and a boatload of included amenities.
This scenic photo captures a tranquil tidal creek winding through lush marshland, with wooden docks and bridges crossing the water, framed by trees and distant views of the Ravenel Bridge.

Enjoy kayaking + fishing at the community dock.

Part of the larger Nowell Creek Village development, Fenland is steps from Credit One Stadium, shopping, dining, parks, and trails.
This bright, open-concept kitchen features sleek gray cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a large island with woven barstools, and a cozy dining area—blending modern style with warm, natural textures and light.

We could definitely see ourselves hosting a game night in space.
