Let’s get an early start to introducing you to Limelight Charleston, which will be located at 306 King St. and 86 Society St. and feature both a 50-room hotel and residential project.
The space will include a communal gathering space, dubbed the “living room,” featuring programming for locals and guests alike. The project will bring a restaurant, bar, rooftop pool + dining, meeting spaces, 16 private residences, and a parking garage to the historic district.
