We found a new spot for your next staycation. Are you busy in 2028? That’s when Aspen One will expand its Limelight Hotels brand to the East Coast with a Holy City location.

Let’s get an early start to introducing you to Limelight Charleston, which will be located at 306 King St. and 86 Society St. and feature both a 50-room hotel and residential project.

The space will include a communal gathering space, dubbed the “living room,” featuring programming for locals and guests alike. The project will bring a restaurant, bar, rooftop pool + dining, meeting spaces, 16 private residences, and a parking garage to the historic district.

Fun fact: The expansion to Charleston will mark the brand’s seventh location, joining Aspen, Snowmass, Denver, Ketchum, Boulder, and Mammoth in the Limelight portfolio.
