Mark your calendar. The City of North Charleston is hosting the Second Annual Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration on Friday, Oct. 3, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Park Circle Community Building. Pro tip: admission and parking are free.
The family-friendly event aims to celebrate Hispanic culture with food vendors, an art market, and live music with dance demonstrations by Holy City Salsa Dance Studio. Don’t miss the hands-on crafts or the opportunity to create contributions for “Amor Forever: A Community Ofrenda,” a public art installation created by local artist Steph FRX.
