Lowcountry meteorologists and local leaders are tracking Imelda off our coast. While the slow-moving storm is set to hook right, it could still impact the Lowcountry, bringing heavy rain and strong winds.
While we hope the impacts of this storm are minimal, it’s always good to be prepared. Here are three things you can do:

The goal: to preserve 1,000 apartments across the Tri-County area and keep them affordable for working families earning 30-100% of the area’s median income.

College of Charleston president Andrew Hsu is taking another look at the school’s plans to build a dorm at the former YWCA building on Coming Street.
