Spring into new programming this season.

Modern Minds is launching new classes starting April 13, designed to help Charlestonians build a stronger wellness foundation.

The expanded offerings include strength, yoga, cardio, and monthly nutrition education classes — all aiming to support both physical and mental wellbeing.

Leading the lineup are two signature experiences:

HIIT & Cold Plunge
An energizing, high-intensity interval training workout combining full-body movements with timed intervals of effort and recovery.

This 45-minute session builds strength, endurance, and agility through a mix of cardio, strength, and core work, followed by an optional guided group cold plunge.

Hot Sculpt & Plunge
A one-hour class featuring a 45-minute heated, full-body workout using light weights, bodyweight, and bursts of cardio to build strength and stamina.

Each session concludes with an optional guided group cold plunge.

Nutrition classes will rotate monthly, covering topics like practical strategies for cardiovascular health, building balanced meals, and more.
