There is no “I” in “team,” but there is an “I” in “quarantine.”

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, more and more workers + students have found themselves adjusting to the new normal that is working from home. (We can relate.) 💻

While companies and schools want to ensure the health + safety of all, those who are not used to working in a virtual capacity can face difficulties adjusting.

Typically, both work and school rely heavily on collaboration + teamwork. But, when we are at home by ourselves (most likely rocking the sweatpants + a nice top look) with only digital devices to communicate with our teammates, how can we build those strong bonds + professional relationships with our colleagues and peers?

We are calling on all business owners, team members, teachers, students + anyone working remotely. We want to hear from you: how do you incorporate, support, encourage + strive for strong connections within the workplace when you aren’t physically with one another from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. (give or take) every day like normal?

Do you get out + grab coffee once a week? ☕ Have happy hours over Zoom? 🍷 Participate in company-wide fitness challenges? 🏃 Give us all the tips, tricks + resources in the questionnaire below. 👇
