Gear up boys + ghouls — Fall Festival is almost here. The day of pet + family-friendly festivities is set for Sat., Oct. 29 from 12-3 p.m. at The Oaks at Mount Pleasant Towne Centre.

Charlestonians can enter their four-legged family members for the Pet Costume Contest, and enjoy:
