Modern Minds provides an innovative + holistic model of care designed to empower you in a new way. Their goal isn’t to treat mental health conditions, but rather achieve and sustain mental & emotional well-being by building psychological flexibility — our mind’s ability to accept, adjust, and cope with challenges.

Using evidence-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other therapeutic techniques, Modern Minds equally prioritizes therapy and whole-person health. Participants in their Core Immersion Program gain access to:

  • 16 weekly therapy sessions for 50 minutes
