Visit a farm
Starting Wednesday, Oct. 1, you can make plans to visit West Farm Corn Maze. You’ll have a blast getting lost with your friends and family. While you’re there, enjoy some fall treats, pick out a pumpkin, and enjoy the animals.
Try a seasonal sip or bite Need a taste of fall? Head to Vintage Coffee Cafe to try the house-made apple cider donut syrup in your coffee. While you’re at it, pick up a homemade apple cider donut, too.

Ya hungry?Rivayat, a new Indian restaurant, will officially open its doors tomorrow, Sept. 18. The award-winning team behind Spice Palette will call 210 Rutledge Ave. home. Menu highlights include pani puri, samosas, and the chai espresso martini.

Here’s what’s next for Downtown Nexton: Neat & Noble Bourbon Bar and Discount Liquors are currently under construction and set to open later this year or early next year. Near those new sites is the future home of FU-O BBQ, a sushi and Pan-Asian restaurant. (Holy City Sinner)

Asheville chef Luis Martinez is set to open a new Oaxacan-inspired concept, Xolo, on Spring Street in the space currently occupied by Kultura. The restaurant aims for a November opening, depending on when Kultura relocates to 267 Rutledge Ave. (Post and Courier)
