Check out the first-ever North Charleston Blue Crab Festival.

The inaugural North Charleston Blue Crab Festival kicks off this weekend, Saturday, April 22, 11:00am - 5:00 pm. Dig your claws into a bucket of steaming crabs and dance the hours away with music from local funk band Secrets and a live DJ. Local artists, food trucks, and beer and wine vendors will also be there.

Bonus: This festival offers a free children play area for the little ones to let loose + kids 12 and under receive free admission.

$15 for tickets purchased in advance. $20 for tickets purchased at the door. $125 for VIP tickets. VIP includes premium seating, select entrance, one bucket of crabs, courtesy beverages, and private restrooms.

Proceeds from the event support the Jenkins Orphanage. This is a spectacular local organization that protects the health and well-being of children in our community.
