Cold front headed to Charleston this weekend

Temperatures will be lower than normal during this time of year.

Bundle up Charleston. The forecast for this weekend has cold, even freezing temperatures.

The National Weather Service in Charleston shared with The Post and Courier that we can see temperatures ~20-25 degrees below normal and that the coldest periods will occur overnight. The most frigid morning will be on Sunday, where temperatures may reach 20 degrees inland and upper 20s near the coast.
