Adult recreational sports leagues in the Lowcountry

We’re all “grown-ups” here, but if we could pull a Billy Madison, head back to the second grade, and bask in the joys of naptime + recess (which we all took for granted)– we would.

Cue Charleston’s recreational sports leagues, a.k.a. adult recess. This is our time.

With office hours seemingly getting longer, and free summers being a thing of past– it might be even more important to get outside after work to kick a ball around + make new friends. To form a sense of camaraderie, simply substitute the Kool-Aid Bursts for a cold beer afterward (we promise you’ll be voted Team MVP). 🍺

While hitting the gym is one way to get a good sweat on, and hit your exercise quota– there are a ton of rec sports you can play (read: calories you could burn) and a whole heap of people to meet (read: new friends you could make). Because no one really makes a pal at the pull-up bar.

So switch it up Charleston, and we’ll catch you out on the field.
