If you prefer to enjoy the cocktail while you’re downtown, the seafood eatery is serving it today through this Saturday, July 20.
Recipe:
- 2.75 oz Grey Goose vodka
- 1 oz olive brine (The team at Hank’s like Filthy Brand.)
- Olives (for garnish)
- Caviar (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Combine vodka and olive brine into a shaker, and shake for 15 seconds
- Double strain into a martini class
- Stuff olives with caviar
- Garnish martini with caviar-stuffed olives
