Did you know? Today’s National Caviar Day. And we’ve got a fun recipe to celebrate. Keep reading to learn how to make Hank’s Seafood Restaurant’s “I Want it All” Caviar Martini.

If you prefer to enjoy the cocktail while you’re downtown, the seafood eatery is serving it today through this Saturday, July 20.

Recipe:

  • 2.75 oz Grey Goose vodka
  • 1 oz olive brine (The team at Hank’s like Filthy Brand.)
  • Olives (for garnish)
  • Caviar (for garnish)

Instructions:

  • Combine vodka and olive brine into a shaker, and shake for 15 seconds
  • Double strain into a martini class
  • Stuff olives with caviar
  • Garnish martini with caviar-stuffed olives
