Aquarium Aglow will return to the South Carolina Aquarium in November and December

Get ready for a light show. This holiday season, Aquarium Aglow will return to the SC Aquarium, and you can secure your spot for the annual event. Now until Thursday, Oct. 31, the aquarium is offering an early bird sale with tickets at 15% off.

On select evenings starting on Thursday, Nov. 21, the aquarium will display larger-than-life installations created from thousands of lights and festive photo ops. Attendees will even have the chance to encounter Scuba Claus, as he dives in the Great Tank Ocean full red suit and all. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.

Pro tip: Aquarium Aglow tickets are sold separately from general admission tickets.

The authors include Pulitzer Prize, Booker Prize, and National Book Award nominees and winners.
Proceeds from the event will benefit SC Aquarium Reef Research.
