The Gibbes Museum is heading up a membership initiative that focuses on community connections + promotes art, history, and science. Here’s how it works — each month, museum members will receive discounted memberships to local organizations + in return, members of those organizations will get discounted memberships to the Gibbes.

July: Charleston Preservation Society
August: Charleston Aquarium
September: Charleston Library Society
October: The Halsey
November: South Carolina Historical Society
December: Historic Charleston Foundation

This effort aims to strengthen the connections between these groups and their supporters + spread the love for culture and knowledge.
