Charleston County Parks’ inclusive prom returns on August 10

Dance all night to the DJ + make memories that will last a lifetime at the inclusive prom.

Get ready to dance the night away at Charleston County Parks’ disco-themed inclusive prom.

Break out your bell bottoms, feather boa, and sequins + get ready to bust a move. Saturday, Aug. 10, The Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission is hosting its annual inclusive prom.

Community members of all abilities, along with their families and friends, are encouraged to dress in their finest ‘70s-inspired attire. The prom will go from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Mount Pleasant Town Hall Gym (100 Ann Edwards Ln.).

Early registration is $4 per person and $5 per person on the day of the dance. Chaperones are required but are free with participant registration.

Proceeds from the event will benefit SC Aquarium Reef Research.
