Grand Bohemian will host upcoming wine dinners

Wine enthusiasts: the Grand Bohemian Charleston is offering two wine dinners with JCB by Jean-Charles Boisset and Baccarat on Friday, Sept. 27, and Saturday, Sept. 28, from 6:30 to 10 p.m. in Élevé’s dining area.

Guests will enjoy two 5-course menus featuring special reserve wines from the JCB Collection, led by Sara Brewer of Boisset Collections, who has 20+ years of wine sales experience. The evenings will also include tasting demonstrations with the Jean-Charles Boisset-Baccarat Passions Glassware Collection.

Menu highlights include Fried Sweet Breads with Sturgeon Caviar paired with the 2014 JCB Platinum Grand Cru Champagne, and Sheep’s Milk Yogurt Panna Cotta with Burnt Honey and figs, paired with JCB Forbidden Kiss.

Tickets for the 5-course experience starts at $200.
