Annual Deck the Hall Oyster Roast | Sunday, Dec. 3 | 2 p.m. | Drayton Hall, 3380 Ashley River Rd., Charleston | $75-$95 | Feast on all-you-can-eat oysters and a chili bar while sipping local beverages — this event is 21+.

Not Just an Oyster Roast - Holiday Party | Thursday, Dec. 7 | 5-8 p.m. | Cotton Dock at Boone Hall Plantation, 1235 Long Point Rd., Mount Pleasant | $55-$75 | Includes all-you-can oysters, barbecue, beer wine, and live music from Southern Flavor Blue Grass Band

Summerville Exchange Club Oyster Roast | Saturday, Dec. 9 | 5-8 p.m. | Summerville Country Club, 400 Country Club Blvd., Summerville | $65 | This roast will benefit Summerville High School’s cheer + local youth program and serve up good food and drinks. Pro tip: The Army/Navy game will be shown for any football fans

Tin Roof Oyster Roast | Sunday, Dec. 10 | 12 p.m. | Tin Roof, 1117 Magnolia Rd. | $30 - $35 | Try out this fall oyster roast with steamed oysters, mac and cheese, chili, and hot dogs.

Royal American Biker Oyster Roast | Sunday, Dec. 10 | 1-7 p.m. | The Royal American, 970 Morrison Dr., Charleston | Price of purchase | In its 11th year, this roast will be filled with bikes, drinks, food, games, live music, tattoos, and more.

Oyster Roast at the Garden | Saturday, Dec. 16 | 3-6 p.m. | The Garden by Charles Towne Fermentory, 1331 Ashley River Rd., Charleston | $40 | This oyster fest will have a Record Fair with vinyl DJs and local vendors.

Dope + Rare Oyster Roast | Sunday, Dec. 17 | 3-7 p.m. | The Palace Hotel, 525 Meeting St., Charleston | $10-$40 | Kick it for an afternoon of food, music, and games. We heard attendees will get an exclusive Premium Peach Wheat beer tasting.

Oyster series

Oysters on the Point | December-March | 2-6 p.m. | Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina, 20 Patriots Point Rd. Mount Pleasant | $10 | Catch a party on the point oyster edition; there’s live music and beach games, too.

Sunday Oyster Roast Series | December-March | 11 a.m.- 5 p.m. | Firefly Distillery, 4201 Spruill Ave., North Charleston | $35 | These events feature all-you-can-eat oysters from Chef Graham Calabria + Lowcountry Oyster Co. plus live DJs and fun drinks.

The Lowcountry Oyster Festival | Sunday, Feb. 4, 2024 | Time TBA | Boone Hall Plantation, 1235 Long Point Rd., Mount Pleasant| In its 40th year, the Lowcountry’s largest oyster festival will serve up 45,000 pounds of oysters ready to be shucked + highlights include live music, contests, a food court, and a kid’s area.

Ducks Unlimited Oyster Roast + Lowcountry Cookout | Friday, Feb. 16, 2024 | 6:30- 10:30 p.m.| Charleston Visitor Center, 375 Meeting St., Charleston | Prices vary | Indulge in oysters and a Lowcountry cookout, featuring an open bar, music, raffles, and live and silent auctions.
