Where Kelsea Ballerini should visit on her next trip to Charleston

Ballerini has made several stops in the 843 — some to visit friends, and some for work like the stop she made with Kenny Chesney on the “I Go Back Tour.”

“WAIT!” You seriously need to mark your calendar. Kelsea Ballerini is making a stop in the Lowcountry on Wednesday, April 9, with her first-ever arena tour.

Ballerini has made several stops in the 843 — we think it’s safe to say Charleston is one of Ballerini’s favorites, and if you don’t believe us, she confirmed it herself in a Facebook post. While she may not be a full-fledged CHStoday City Editor, Ballerini is no stranger to the Holy City. She’s sharing her love for Charleston with an Apple Maps collaboration highlighting a few of her favorite spots.

She said she loved the spicy pasta at The Obstinate Daughter + that Folly Beach is one of the Palmetto State’s prettiest beaches. You can even spot the coastline on the cover her most recent album PATTERNS.

Take a peek at the rest of her picks, and then let’s recommend a few more spots she should try out when she’s here in April.
