The countdown is on for Brookgreen Gardens’ Nights of a Thousand Candles event, returning to the Murrells Inlet venue on Sat., Nov. 26. This sneak peek of the decoration process has us a little giddy.

Seriously, imagine this already gorgeous landscape elevated by 2,700 hand-lit candles + millions of other sparking lights. Find the outdoor sculpture garden at 1931 Brookgreen Dr. + dont forget to grab your ticket before they sell out. 🌟

Events
Sorelle will welcome Chef Karen Akunowicz to the Holy City.
The authors include Pulitzer Prize, Booker Prize, and National Book Award nominees and winners.
Proceeds from the event will benefit SC Aquarium Reef Research.
The Town of Summerville is celebrating Iced Tea Day with free sweet tea and tea-inspired dishes and specialty drinks.
Book it to your local library — Charleston County Public Library, Dorchester County Library, and the Berkeley County Library System are all hosting summer reading programs.
Pride Month is in June and the Lowcountry has some fun events to celebrate.
