The Works, a sweat studio known for combining various workout styles, has become a staple in Charleston over the past few years. With its growing popularity, the studio recently expanded with a new location in Mount Pleasant.
Quick facts:
The Works Renew is a concept studio offering non-heated classes in a smaller, more intimate setting. The team describes the space as a “hug for your nervous system.”
Classes range from meditation and sculpt to slow flows and prenatal yoga + more and are open to all skill levels and can be modified to your needs.
As the year wraps up in a couple months, many people are looking to finish strong with their wellness and fitness goals. The team shared this advice:
“Keep showing up. It’s tough when life gets busy — especially towards the end of the year with holidays and social obligations. But if you plan your workouts at the start of the week and commit to them, you’ll be more likely to stay consistent.”
The studio focuses more on slow, meditation, and breath work.
