Get this Charleston. We have a new local cafe + grocery. Atlyss Food Collective is located at 476 Meeting St. and opened on June 5.

Located in the heart of the peninsula, visitors can expect everything inside to be fresh, locally sourced, and compostable. You can order from the menu or pick up grocery items, drinks, and prepped items from the grab-and-go section.

The Collective has inside seating at the counter and outdoor seating where you can admire the greenery + artwork. The space also has wifi, for those who are laptop coffee drinkers.

The Collective has cool alleyway views.

Every Wednesday, Atlyss Food Collective hosts Wined Down Wednesday from 4:30-8 p.m. There’s food from The Swell, a mobile raw bar, as well as wine + beer.

The owner and founder of this new venture is Jenny Gaddy. After working in the restaurant industry as a chef in New York, she made her way to Charleston, where she worked in the kitchens of Zero George and the Maison. In 2019, she created Atlyss Food Co., a sustainable meal delivery that serves as the backbone of Atyss Food Collective.

Here is the grab-and-go section at Atlyss Food Collective.

The CHStoday team visited earlier this week for a morning pick-me-up and enjoyed a strawberry banana smoothie and avocado toast. We can’t wait to return.

Atlyss Food Collective is open Monday-Friday from 7 a.m.- 2 p.m.
