Kiawah Life Plan Village Inc. recently closed a deal on the 9-acre site. The community will be located in Freshfields Village + include 98 residences — ranging from 1, 2, and 3-bedroom. The area will also include 16 assisted living + continuing service care centers.
Big Rock Partners — which is a national developer of luxury senior living — plans to start the project this fall.
