Let’s glow, Charleston. It’s almost time for the annual Aquarium Aglow at the South Carolina Aquarium, happening select nights November 16 through December 30.

Celebrate the magic of the holidays at this dazzling light spectacular featuring the icy starlight of the mountains to the neon lights of the coast, as well as:

  • A chance to wave to Scuba Claus in the Great Ocean Tank
  • Festive refreshments (including adult beverages)
  • Plenty of frame-worthy photo moments
  • And more

Tiered pricing is available based on entry times, which range from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Bonus: The fun will continue into the new year. The Aquarium is hosting a family-friendly New Year’s Eve event (read: you don’t have to be a night owl to ring in the new year), complete with a DJ, face painting and a ball drop before bedtime, to conclude the Aquarium Aglow season.
