$30.9 million. The amount of money CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance has arranged in financing for the acquisition of Aster Place Apartments — a 288-unit garden-style apartment complex in West Ashley.
Who’s the buyer? Strata Equity Group — based in San Diego

Where’s the property located? 1840 Carriage Ln.

What are the property features? Two stories with 1, 2, and 3-bedroom floor plansaveraging 825 sqft.

Amenities at the property include a swimming pool, dog park, fitness center, playground, clubhouse + storage. The company plans on spending $3.6+ million on the property’s upgrades.
