The Holy City is no stranger to accolades and we’ve done it again, folks.

Charleston landed a spot on Tripadvisor’s Trending Destinations in the United States listcoming in hot at No. 2. The city has been recognized by the Travelers’ Choice 2022 Best of the Best awards for its Southern charm + hospitality, architecture, and down-home food.

Special shoutout to the Battery, the French Quarter, Middleton Place, and Waterfront Park, all of which were recognized for their scenic views. The publication even included a pro-tip: trying a ghost tour for a glimpse into our spooky history. We can confirm you’re in for a scare with the Charleston Ghost and Graveyard Tour.

We’re joined by nine other breathtaking locations across the country, including Asheville, NC, Moab, UT, and Naples, FL. Check ‘em out.
