Callie here. Looking for a place to live with million-dollar views without the million-dollar price tag? Enter: Morrison Yard. The dog-friendly community is located at 838 Morrison Dr., and features local businesses + artisans in the nearby retail spaces. I recently toured Morrison Yard for myself, and it was gorgeous.

What we tried:

When I walked into the grand lobby, I was greeted by a scene straight out of a magazine — complete with a custom scent (pro tip: you can ask for the Morrison Yard scent at Candlefish), and the kindest staff.

The facilities are top-of-the-line and it’s evident the team is working hard to make relationships and connect with the community.

After my tour, Morrison Yard hosted a Charleston Moves event, where the team unveiled plans to break ground on a bike + pedestrian path from the community to the Ravenel Bridge.

What not to miss:

The communal spaces are luxe. If you’re looking for the ultimate game room, a space to take a work call, a spot with a full kitchen to host a dinner party, a quiet place to play board games, or possibly the largest firepit on the peninsula, look no further. This complex has it all.

What we’re still talking about:

From the Sky Club to the pool deck and all the apartment units in between, Morrison Yard offers one of the best views of the Ravenel Bridge and Charleston Harbor in town.
