Get your appetite ready, Charleston. The fourth annual Holy Smokes BBQ Festival presented by Sysco is just one month away.

More than 50 of the nation’s most renowned pitmasters and chefs will flex their culinary chops on Saturday, Nov. 9. from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Riverfront Park. Here’s what’s on the menu:

  • Four distinct barbecue villages (think: Texas, Traditional, Coastal, and “new school” flavors)
  • An all-you-can-eat feast featuring slow-smoked hog, pork, and beef ribs + Texas-style brisket, Lowcountry seafood staples, and more
  • Live music from The Delta Circus and Last Waltz Ensemble

Come celebrate the history and tradition of classic American barbecue while indulging in a feast you won’t want to miss.
