Alexa, play “You Can Have Charleston” by Darius Rucker. Or, listen here. The Charleston born-and-raised country music star sings about leaving the cobblestone streets of the Holy City to nurse a broken heart. 👂

Turns out this city’s too hard to leave behind. The three-time Grammy Award-winner is launching a new music festival in the Lowcountry called Riverfront Revival this fall — fulfilling his lifelong dream of bringing a unique music festival to his hometown.

The two-day festival is set to take place on Sat., Oct. 8 and Sun., Oct 9 at North Charleston Riverfront Park. The fest will feature food, drinks, arts, and country and rock performances — and we couldn’t be more excited.

Darius will headline the festival, and you can also catch performances by artists including Brothers Osborne, Trampled By Turtles, Jimmie Allen, Charley Crockett, and local band SUSTO across two stages from 1-11 p.m. each day. Check out the full lineup.

Tickets will be available here in three phases next week. The Darius Rucker exclusive fan pre-sale starts Monday at 10 a.m., the Riverfront Revival pre-sale is available Tuesday at 10 a.m., and general admission on-sale begins Wednesday at 10 a.m.

Find Riverfront Park at 1061 Everglades Ave. Bonus: $1 of each ticket sold will support the MUSC Health Arts in Healing program, improving health and well-being in the community through clinical art + music therapy.
