Are you a foodie looking for some adventure? Try ditching the standard menu, for a night and trading it in for a multi-course tasting menu filled with the best dishes local chefs have to offer.

We’ve rounded up a few spots for you to try some small plate sampling.

  • Honeysuckle Rose | $250+ per person | The eight-course experience is expected to take around three hours and features wine pairings + a rotating seasonal menu.
  • The Charleston Grill | $150+ per person | This is a six-course experience of the chef’s selections. Wine pairings are offered for an additional cost, and the experience is limited to parties of six or fewer + requires full participation of the table.
  • Raw Lab | $175+ per person | Enjoy dinner and a show. This Omakase-style raw bar is known for its seafood and entertaining chef.

Sorelle features caviar croquettes as part of their Valentine’s Day chef-tasting menu.

  • Sorelle | $124+ per person | This hand-crafted menu offers six courses highlighting fresh ingredients and serving them up in southern Italian style.
  • Wild Common | $85+ per person | Chef Orlando Pagán’s vision crafted this eight-course dinner and offers an extra charge for accompaniments.
  • R Kitchen | $70+ per person | You’ll never have the same experience twice. This spot recreates its menu every day and always features seasonal ingredients.
  • The Restaurant at Zero George | $145+ per person | There are between 12-15 dishes offered depending on the season. The menu changes regularly to ensure a unique and interactive experience. Pro tip: Zero George also offers cooking classes.

To deliver a meal just the way the chef envisioned, typically, making changes to these tasting menus isn’t possible. Pro tip: If you have dietary restrictions, call ahead.

If you don’t see the tasting menu posted with the restaurant’s menu, give them a call to ensure it’s not a holiday-specific offering.
