Stephanie runs the business alongside her husband, David — Anchor has been serving our area for a little over a year, but the team has 30+ years of industry experience.

Meet Stephanie Postell, half of the team behind Anchor Heating & Air.

While her husband focuses on the technical side, Stephanie prides herself on providing top-notch customer service.

“In my mind, it’s our female perspective for customer service that sets us apart from other companies,” says Stephanie. “I tell my team all the time it’s great if you can fix something, but you have to explain to your customer why it was broken or how you fixed it. We’re here to serve and to educate.”
