Lowcountry Rapid Transit — a modern bus system in the Charleston metro area — is over halfway through its 12-year development plan.

So what’s new? You can join a virtual public meeting through May 26 to get the latest information on the ongoing transportation project.

The meeting includes an interactive station map + bus features such as Wi-Fi access and reduced emissions. You can also check out the route design plans and watch videos about the project.

Locals are encouraged to join the conversation now and provide feedback on the development.
