Situated beside Martin Creek, residents can dip their toes into 3 nearby beaches, or dive headfirst into the resort-style saltwater pool. Newbrook’s “backyard” encourages guests to relax + play with all of their exclusive amenities. For humans, the sun deck features chairs for lounging + poolside cabanas with TVs, and four-legged guests are also invited to jump in at The Doggy Paddle, Newbrook’s on-site doggy play park (thankfully, featuring a wash station). 🐾

Residents can sit waterfront on oversized balconies + patios while sipping locally-sourced coffee, compliments of Newbrook’s clubhouse. There, residents can also find the tech-forward fitness center (with Technogym equipment) and strength station, or relax by the fireplace overlooking the pond.

Leasing is now available. Interested residents can set up a private tour or explore Newbrook first hand at tomorrow’s Garden Party.
