With its waterfront views, whimsy, history, and increasing growth, there’s a charming little nook for everyone to call home in the Charleston region.

The tri-county’s towns + cities are growing faster than anywhere else in S.C. – and the demand for housing remains consistently high. (We can’t help it that we’re popular.) And while the city is working to address the issue of affordable housing overall, a combination of factors has led to a region stamped with some pretty pricey homes + zip codes.

Whether you’re trying to live like a Kardashian, budget shop for a new home, or are just curious – here’s our breakdown of some of the most expensive + desirable neighborhoods in the tri-county. 👇
