For those of you looking to build your dream home soon, you’re in luck. Ryan Homes just moved to the CHS area, and they’ve brought with them 3 new communities + ~70 years of experience.

They might be a fresh face locally, but Ryan Homes has been in business since the 1940s and is the fourth largest builder nationwide – meaning they know a thing or two about building a quality, personalized home.

When they decided to come to Charleston, the company relocated some of their top performers and joined forces with local experts to create the CHS team (and the relocated team members did 👏 not 👏 argue 👏).

While the brand has seen a lot of growth, they maintain high-quality customer service from the beginning of the process to the end. They utilize a quick, efficient build cycle to ensure that your home is done when they said it would be done, without missing a single detail.

So far, Ryan Homes has three communities in the Charleston area:

  • The Ponds is their most established community in Summerville, where they’ve been selling since July 2018. Filled with 100-year oaks and plenty of Spanish moss, this neighborhood is prime for those looking for a tight-knit, family-friendly community with plenty of community events to attend.

  • Palmetto Row is a recently-opened townhome community in the Summerville area perfect for the first-time home buyer, with many homes available under 200K. 12 homes sold here in the first 30 days upon opening. Impressive.

  • Creekside at Beresford is set to open in the Daniel Island area in early June with 53 lots (expected to sell quickly) for move-up families or relocators, ft. nice backyards to host cookouts or throw the ball with the kids. Homes are in the mid-300s.
