Charleston is made up of so many wonderful small businesses, here are a few our readers love in honor of Small Business Saturday.

Small Business Saturday, an initiative dedicated to celebrating and supporting small and locally-owned businesses + the impact they have in our communities, is on Saturday, Nov. 30.

The day falls between two of the biggest shopping days of the year — Black Friday and Cyber Monday — and has become an annual shopping tradition for many since its establishment by American Express in 2010.

Welton’s Tiny Bakeshop | Craving something freshly baked? Whether it’s cookies, biscuits, or City Editor Erika’s favorite — croissants — this downtown spot has you covered. Stop by this Saturday between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. to grab your delicious treats.

Rhodes Boutique | This is City Editor Callie’s one-stop shop for last-minute gift shopping. You find the perfect gifts for everyone from the home cook to the luxe pet owners + maybe even your next holiday party outfit.
